OKLAHOMA CITY – Productivity and performance for companies and individuals take on new meaning as businesses navigate the new normal managing teams and working remotely. The Economic and Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning teams at Metro Tech are delivering weekly 30 minute to one-hour live courses including Q & A with experts.
The free Crisis Management Series offers ways to build resiliency and productivity during adverse times addressing such topics as working from home, managing communications with employees or teams, and new ways for increasing efficiency of your business.
Phil Rodgers, General Manager of Gunlzakaya said “This class has helped me adjust my own mindset and has contributed to better communications with both my direct reports and
managers.” He said, “I have been able to utilize what I’ve learned to positively impact daily operations and to pivot into a leadership style where intentional communications are affecting not just my teams, but the company overall and ultimately our customers.”
With temporary business closings, furloughs, and uncertainty at an all-time high, new methods for doing business are critical to maintaining ongoing operations. New courses are added weekly aimed at business solutions.
