Graphic Design student wins national SkillsUSA design contest

At the encouragement of his Metro Tech Graphic Design Teacher Roxanne Shively, Antwan Briscoe was one of 500 students nation-wide to submit artwork for the 2015 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference Pin Design Contest.

And he won.

His artwork, pictured , will be produced on a pin and provided free-of-charge to 14,000 attendees at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. He will also receive recognition on the SkillsUSA website, in conference publications, and at the conference.

Antwan, a second-year Graphic Design student at South Bryant Campus (SBC), has been an artist his entire life, and is now channeling that passion into a future career.

Congratulations Antwan and Ms. Shively
