Metro Tech's Community Outreach & Wellness is dedicated to expanding wellness programs for community citizens by providing physical activities, education and nutrition classes, mental health awareness and disease prevention.
METROFIT classes are at no charge during COVID-19.
All group exercise will continue to be VIRTUAL until further notice.
Six weeks of virtual exercise starts 2021 off strong. Classes start March 1 through April 9.
Registration begins February 22.
